How do I use the Consumer Portal?

If you are new to the HRC Consumer Portal or just curious about all the functionality that exists within the portal please take a look at our Consumer Portal Tutorial. This tutorial will provide you an overview of all the features and functionality available to you for viewing your account balance, updating your profile, filing claims, and much more!

How do I login to my account?

Click the login button to manage all your benefit plans with HR Concepts. Please note this link will take you to a website outside of HR Concepts. When you click on the link, a separate browser window will open and you will need to enter the username and password for your account.

You will need to turn off any "Pop-up" Blockers you are running on your computer in order to view and use these pages. If you do not turn off the Blockers, the login page will not open up.
