CONSUMER PORTAL LOGIN

Please Note:

HR Concepts has updated the web address for the employee (consumer) portal. The URL is changing from https://hrc.navigatorsuite.com to https://employee.hrconcepts.biz. The previous URL will be redirected to the new web address. Your favorites, bookmarks, etc will continue to function as they do today.

How do I use the Consumer Portal?

If you are new to the HRC Employee Portal or just curious about all the functionality that exists within the portal please take a look at our Consumer Portal Tutorial. This tutorial will provide you an overview of all the features and functionality available to you for viewing your account balance, updating your profile, filing claims, and much more!

How do I login to my account?

Click the login button to manage all your benefit plans with HR Concepts. Please note this link will take you to a website outside of HR Concepts. When you click on the link, a separate browser window will open and you will need to enter the username and password for your account.

You will need to turn off any "Pop-up" Blockers you are running on your computer in order to view and use these pages. If you do not turn off the Blockers, the login page will not open up.

MY DIGITAL WELLNESS COACH CONSUMER PORTAL LOGIN

Click the login button to manage your My Digital Wellness account. Please note this link will take you to a website outside of HR Concepts. When you click on the link, a separate browser window will open and you will need to enter the username and password for your wellness account.

COBRA CLIENT PORTAL LOGIN

Click the login button to manage your COBRA account. Please note this link will take you to a website outside of HR Concepts. When you click on the link, a separate browser window will open and you will need to enter the username and password for your employer account. You will need to turn off any “POP-up” blockers you are running on your computer in order to view and use these pages. If you do not turn off the Blockers, the login page will not open up. Once you are logged in you can view plan information, request reports, submit Qualified Beneficiary notifications, enroll QBs, and ask questions.
