• MyDWC is a web service that brings together the top medical, nutrition, fitness, and wellness resources to help you on your path to wellness. Doctor-developed and client-proven assessment tools recommend the top three Healthy Living Programs based on your risk factors and readiness to change. Each program provides a customized diet, exercise, and stress management plan, along with articles to read and videos to educate you along the way.

What can MyDWC do?

• Stay on track by logging in your progress with the Progress Tracker tool or HabiTrackers. These tools help you stay on track to meet your goals and provide a history of your success. Motivating messages can be sent to your in-box to keep you inspired and on track. Videos and digital coaching ensure you learn as you go.The more you use My Digital Wellness Coach, the more it's customized for your individual needs. Healthy menus, challenging fitness routines, and interesting articles based on your preferences are recommended each time you login

How do I sign up for My Digital Wellness Coach?

• Start by going to the MyDWC sign-up link here. From there you will need to click on the Sigh-Up link. Once you accept the license agreement enter your First Name, Last Name, and SSN or employee ID to validate your account eligibility.  Once validation is successful you will be prompted to create a username and password for your account and create your profile.
